Standardized fabric made of 100% wool according to ISO 105 F02
To check the colour transfer of dyes and prints, undyed, standardised companion fabrics in plain weave with a medium basis weight are used. These adjacent fabrics must be free of damaged fibres, finishes, residues of chemicals, dyes and optical brighteners. Two different types of adjacent fabrics are used: single-fiber and multi-fiber adjacent fabrics.
